The winter wood is a timber prepared in the winter. Such material is considered the most suitable for construction! The traditional wooden house, call an alive organism - it "breathes". Unlike other building materials, in a cellular structure of wood there is a constant exchange of air. Thus the tree disinfects air, unsupposing nocuous substances in the house. The wooden house always contains clean air, humidity and oxygen balance supported on optimum level, irrespective of external conditions. The tree keeps heat. Heat isolation properties of timbered wall in 3-5 times exceed parameters of brick or concrete walls at identical thickness. Natural design is the most original, therefore it is possible to forget about internal furnish of walls.

At first, developing attack....
Necessarily make geological-investigation!!! Monetary expenses spent for it anything on comparison with losses which wait for you at a raising of subsoil waters or at detection of burial places of pesticides, Petroleum products and dust.. In other it is desirable for finding out at neighbours at purchase of ground area with very indulgent prise, as a rule. Check up presence on affinity of water-purifying constructions or the auto-enterprises (garages), etc. - the merged waste can influence on water in wells and even in chinks. Pay attention to roads, - at spring thawing of snow the road will turn to its full absence... Or on an example width of streets, - if the width of road on country areas doesn’t exceed 6-8 meters will be problematic to approach for log length with a brick or mixer with concrete for the base or to a truck crane. Investigate the lines of electroposting - sometimes it is necessary to remove columns or at excavation you suddenly will come across a power cable or a gas highway. Such, unevident at first sight moments, essentially increase cost of building work... If everything is all right it’s possible to think about future project of the house.

a) The Classical wooden house from log or log house! Rounded log is used by thickness up to 240mm; it quite suffices for construction of reliable warm habitation. Blockhouse is carried out by cup method. We offer manufacturing timbered blockhouses of homes under typical and individual projects of any complexity. Such house doesn’t demand the strengthened base and seysmo- steady enough. Correctly collected blockhouse capable to stand near 70 years and more... Pay attention, at entrance to any village, on small houses with straw roofs standing without the base!!! On the rough ground area!!! – Such houses stand not one decade without any care, and some of them have gone through children of those people, who have constructed them
        

b) Houses from profile bar are good that at construction of such house internal walls have a plane and do not demand additional furnish. The plane which adjoins is necessary for all width of bar, and profile cutting-in serves as additional protection from draft and occurrence of cracks at admissible contraction of ground. Profile bar make industrially from log, sawing off four edgings. At its manufacturing strictly certain standard form (structure) is given to a usual bar. As advantages planed profile bar it is necessary to note first of all, that wooden houses from profile bar quickly and easily gather as all products made on machine tools with high accuracy, as a rule the charge of a heater is minimal. Besides the structure of bar pays off so, that rain water, and also the thawn snow does not get between profile bars in the next wreaths that protects walls from occurrence of the centers of rotting. Well and certainly, the house from profile bar, right after erections has tidy and attractive appearance and doesn’t demand additional furnish. But, speaking about profile bar, it’s impossible to forget, that it is a volumetric material, and to dry it up to that condition when contraction and deformations will be minimal, difficultly enough...
        

c) Glued bar and houses from glued bar... Technologies of wooden housing construction do not stand on one place. To improve natural characteristics of wooden bar and to get rid of such lacks as deformation at drying and contractions a various sort - there was an idea to glue a bar from already dry boards or lameles. Glued profile bar appears stronger in comparison with usual profile bar, and at change of humidity it doesn’t change the form. Each firm-manufacturer of glued bar independently develops a design of this connection therefore at different firms they essentially differ. There are the designs executed with high accuracy of grooves and ledge in which for condensation of a joint the sealant is laid. However there are also more difficult systems a groove-ledge, use of additional sealants for which owing to the highest accuracy of their execution is not required. After giving a structure for glide bar it trimming at size - with high accuracy is cut on elements of the necessary size.
        

d) Frame-panelboard houses. Construction of frame houses allows erecting as big cottages, and also the inexpensive country houses which are surpassing under qualitative characteristics, and not conceding on appearance brick houses. The basis of the frame house is a wooden skeleton from dimensional, or in remaining visible parts, planed saw-timbers. For increase in flights of premises, making construction of frame houses can be used also glued beams. For heat isolation , as a rule, are used mineral cotton wool from glass (Ursa, Isover) or from stone breeds (Rockwool.) 150мм layer heat isolation (at norm of 125 mm) completely provided with all-the-year-round comfortable residing. As wind protection at construction of frame house is used wood-fiber or chipboards. Internal and external furnish depends on wishes of Customer.
