What are the materials we use
The type of wall material.
You can choose glued profiled beam, round log or frame houses.... First of all, proceeding from financial possibilities, be defined with style of the project of the wooden house, a square and type of wall beam. We offer some the basic types of wooden houses...
a)The classical wooden house from a round log .The thickness of round log is about 240mm, it is quite enough for warm of house, built by a cup method. We offer manufacturing of log houses on individual and typical design of any complexity. Such house does not demand the strengthened base and seismically resistant enough. Correctly built log house or a bath-house is capable to stay about 70th years sometimes and more... Pay attention, at entrance to any village there are small houses with straw roofs, which stand without the base! On the rough ground area! These old houses without any care, operated not one decade , and some have endured children of the builders. It is much speaks about...
b) Houses from a profiled beam are good so that their of internal walls doesn’t need any additional furnish . The plane has to fit the entire width of the rod, and profile cutting serves as additional protection from draft and prevents the occurrence of cracks in the allowable ground shrinkage . As advantages of profiled a beam it is necessary to notice first of all, that wooden houses from profiled beam are quickly and easily gather as all products, made on machine tools with a split-hair accuracy. As a rule , heat loss in such houses is the minimal. Besides, design profile is arranged so that rain water, and also the thawn snow does not get between profiled beam in the next wreaths that protects walls from occurrence of the centres of rotting. Finally, the house from profiled beam, right after construction, has tidy and attractive appearance and does not demand additional furnish. However speaking of the profiled beam, we must not forget that this surround the material, and dry it before the state when the shrinkage and deformation will be minimal - it is difficult.
c) Glued beam and houses from glued beam. The technology of wooden housing construction are developing. To improve natural characteristics of a wooden beam and to get rid of its such lacks as deformation at drying and consolidation - there was an idea to glue a beam from already dry boards or lamels. Glued laminated timber more durable than the conventional profile bar, and when humidity changes it does not change its shape... Each firm-manufacturer of a glued beam develops its own design of connections, therefore at different firms they are essentially different. There are constructions in which to seal the joint is laid a layer of flax or tow. However there are also more difficult systems a groove-ledge, where not required used of any weatherstrip. After profiling a laminated board its cut off the ends and cut parts right size.
d) Frame houses. Building of frame houses allows throw up as the large cottages, and the inexpensive village houses, which are better then brick houses under qualitative characteristics and looks no worse.The frame house is a framework from a timber beams filled with mineral wool insulation and covered on both sides with several layers of OSB, sheetrock and exterior cladding on the outside. For increasing the span of premises, in the construction of frame houses can be used laminated beams. For a thermal protection, as a rule, are used mineral cotton wool from glass (Ursa, Isover) or from stone breeds (Rockwool). which provides the thermal protection layer for the-year-round comfortable residing. As wind protection at building of the frame house is used wood-fiber or OSB panels. Internal and external furnish depends on wishes of the Customer.
